Monday morning, when I woke up, I had this terrible pain with my left shoulder. Maybe due to my tiredness and lack of proper sleep (working on graveyard shift for a contact center), I slept on a wrong position. It made my whole monday terrible. I should be sleeping the whole Monday, but due to the pain, I wasn’t able to sleep that much.

When I went to work, it affected my job. It’s hard for me to move my left arm and my neck. Gladly I only have to move my fingers and right hand most of the time.

However, the pain hasn’t yet subside and it’s already Tuesday. And it had moved to my upper neck.

Maybe I have to change my sleeping position or change the pillows on our bed….

it aches and it makes me feel like my whole body is aching….

Well, have to do work, with or without pain, have to take in calls….
